We staff your operations with AI.
We find the agent jobs that fit your processes, onboard agents into them, and only charge for jobs being done.
Find agents for jobs,
not jobs for agents.
We start with your processes, not with an agent. We map what's actually happening across your stack, define the specific jobs an agent could own end-to-end, then source the right agent for that exact job. The job comes first; the agent comes to fit it.
We wire agents into your business.
Each agent arrives connected to the systems it needs, the processes it runs, the rules it follows, and the knowledge it references — because we did that work first. Connecting tools, defining triggers, encoding policies, loading context. The agent is productive from the first ticket, not from week three.
Pay only for jobs being done.
No platform fee. No committed spend. No seat licenses. You're billed per agent job in production — once a job is live and doing work in your business. Jobs in earlier stages aren't billable.
Predictable questions, honest answers.
Are you a consultancy?
No. Consultancies charge to tell you how to do AI — strategy decks, roadmaps, training. We charge only when agents are doing actual work in your business, and only as long as they keep doing it.
No deck on a shelf, no roadmap that never ships. Either an agent does work in your business, or you don't pay us.
Are you an AI agent platform?
Not quite. Agent platforms hand you tools to build agents — assuming you already know which agent to build. We start by finding the jobs your business has, then bring in the agent that can do each one well.
If you have engineers who want to build their own agents, a platform fits. If you want the work done, that's us.
Are you selling AI agents?
No. The market already has plenty of agents. We find the ones that fit your stack, your processes, and your context — and run them in your business. You don't need another agent to evaluate; you need work getting done.
We're vendor-neutral on the agent itself. Whatever model, framework, or runtime works best for the job — that's what we bring in.
What if we've already invested in AI tools?
Keep them. Most of our work covers long-tail processes that don't fit existing tools — workflows specific to your stack, custom approval flows, cross-system reconciliations, things vendors haven't shipped yet. We sit alongside whatever you've already deployed.
If you've built internal AI workflows, our agents can call them as tools. If you've licensed a vendor agent for a specific category, we don't compete there.
How does pricing actually work?
Per agent job in production, agreed up front. Each job has a clear price tied to the work it does — usually a function of complexity, integrations, and supervision needs. You're billed for jobs that are live in your business, not for jobs in earlier stages.
No platform fee. No seat licenses. No minimum commit. Jobs in discovery, setup, or onboarding don't show up on your invoice.
What if it doesn't work?
Two backstops. First: we don't ship a job until you approve it works during a trial period — billing only kicks in when the agent meets the success criteria you set. Second: if a deployed job stops performing in production, we fix it on our time, not yours, until it does. If it can't be made to work, we shut it down and the meter goes back to $0.
How does this relate to Membrane?
Membrane is the integration platform — it connects to 100k+ APIs and lets you wire AI agents into any system. Membrane Agency is the productized service on top of it: we use Membrane to do the actual work of finding, scoping, wiring, and running agent jobs in your business.
If you already use Membrane and want to manage your own agents, you can. If you'd rather have someone do it for you, that's us.
Ready to staff your first agent job?
Book a discovery call. We'll map a few candidate jobs in your stack and tell you which ones are worth staffing first — no commitment, no slide deck.
